Another Day in San Francisco

HA! Nah, it's not that gloomy, but I did this more for an illustration club called Illustration Friday, and this week's topic is 'foggy' Of course not only living here, but I think almost anyone when they hear fog would think of San Francisco. I didn't want to be too cliche with some image of the Golden Gate Bridge surrounded by fog (yawn), so I just think of the many times I've sat out there at the bus stop waiting...and waiting...and waiting. It really looked just like this sometimes though. Also the number 38 has so much significance to me (and many others) as it's the bus that runs along Geary street, which is the only street in SF that goes all the way across the city. I mostly drive now when I'm in the city (see earlier post), but the bus was ALWAYS an interesting ride.

I love the characters and your style. I also love how almost everything is gray except for the people on the bench. Good work.

cute! I love the little punch of colors that the characters bring to the composition :)
