My Writing Abilities

I was explaining to someone the other day that my atrocious handwriting is like a drunk pigeon got ahold of a pencil and started doodling all over a piece of paper. So I figured it seemed like an interesting image.

Snowy Owl

I'm fascinated by Snowy Owls. They're so odd looking, yet so beautiful at the same time. They always look pissed too.

The New Shoes

I just recently picked up a new pair of shoes, and this past weekend my lovely cat Tuna decided that's where she'd vomit her newest hairball into. Ahhhhhh, good times.

"Shake It, Like A Latitude Sun"

Here's my wee tribute to the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. I've become a bigger and bigger fan of them over time. They do a great punk/dance blend. I first saw their music video for the song Zero when I was in Christchurch, New Zealand. I loved the song, and I now only associate that with when I was there. Makes me happy now everytime I hear it.
Their other music video for the song Heads Will Roll is pretty cool too. Has a great stylized look to it and features a pretty good dancing werewolf.

Underground Party

This is for Illustration Friday's theme 'Subterranean'. I don't know, if this is Hell, sign me up...looks like they're having fun. Well, it SEEMS like fun except they'd probably be dancing to stuff like Ace of Base, Miley Cyrus, and Keisha.

Brave

This piece is for Illustration Friday, with the theme being Brave. It's scary making that initial move, but of course you'll never know until you try. If I hadn't spoken up at that bus stop years ago, I wouldn't be with my now wife. Good times!
